DESAJUSTE CREATIVO will offer a full refund of the purchase amount to the individual (customer).
CASE 3 - Physical Goods: Refund requests will only be considered when the individual (customer) can justify that the purchase was made in error and when this request is made within 60 minutes of the purchase. The refund will be 95% of the purchase amount (5% is retained for management expenses and bank commissions). Once this time has elapsed, we consider the purchase to have been intentional, and no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
In general, the relationships between the users of their telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, and to the courts of Fraga.
